New Iphone14 wont notify me of text with my fitbit versa

Just changed from Iphone 11 which would vibrate on notifications of text to a iphone 14 and now the notifications will show if scrolled but does NOT vibrate to notify me that something came thru. The notification feature was the reason i purchased the fitbit - - what is so different about the 14 and how do i make them work together?
