Syncing MAC with Google Authenticator

I am using Google Authenticator on my android device and I want to share the authenticator codes to my MAC how to do it, is there any solution without using any third-party apps or is there any alternate to Google Authenticator.

Also I am using apples authenticator code that is inbuilt with safari but same i cant use it in android, I hope it will work on iPhone but even in some familiar services like Docker is not providing multiple authenticators they are providing only one 2FA.

Suggestions are welcome and also I'll seek for any informations regarding these which I've posted above!
