my gf have problem with transaction apple pay.Every day,she have transaction in wallet from apple 369kr
(but she don`t have money,so payment will failed)but it`s will try in next day.She don`t have any subcsribe in apple,so we don`t know for what she need pay

Is Apple Pay selected as a payment method for her Apple ID account?
Remove a payment method from your Apple ID - Apple Support
Did you try to contact the official Apple Support about that? Only they can look into personal user data.

yeah,we checked any subscriptions but we don`t have any.I was try to contact with Apple support on chat but he said i need call on phone,but my english not too good for call and i couldn`t understood all information
