Hi. I have an iPhone 5, if I turn this into an Apple Store would I get an updated iPhone or would I just get the phone back. Also my iPhone 5 says I can Update to iOS 12 but when I go to update it it just loads forever I really want to update it because its not working thank you
I'm not sure what you mean if you turn it into an Apple Store would you get an updated iPhone? iPhone 5 is now a completely obsolete phone, which has no trade value. And the maximum iOS version the phone can run is iOS 10.3.4. It cannot be updated to iOS 12 in any way. It is too old and lacks the hardware required to go higher.
Is it possible you have an iPhone 5s? iPhone 5s can be updated to iOS 12. Even iOS 12 is woefully out of date and many many apps are no longer supported on iOS 12.
