I can’t sign with my Apple ID

i was using other iPhone 6 with the capacity 64gb with the same email or Apple ID which is nangoja***@icloud and now I am using iPhone 6 with 16gb and when I sign in it just said is fail to connect with its server , but i didn’t change the phone number it still the same I was user before
