Creating a new Apple ID to iPhone 4

Hey support community!

Please help me to install my Apple ID and download the apps that wanted,

I have iPhone 4 and I could not download the apps that I wanted and when I want to create a new Apple ID to my iPhone 4 it is now creating. When I want to create it is showing " couldn't create an Apple ID " or " error, try again later "

I don't want to drop my iPhone 4 instead I want to use it . It is very precious for me!

Please help me

The iPhone 4 is very old. It cannot run any iOS newer that iOS 7.1.2. You are unlikely to find any apps in the app Store that will still work on iOS 7.1.2. It is unlikely worth the effort to try to get it to work at this point.
Try creating the Apple ID from https://appleid.apple.com and then signing in with it. I do not know if the iPhon e4 can still connect with Apple services with the new security protocols though, so you may be entirely unable to log in.
