I am unable to use my Freestyle Libre 3 app on my iPhone with iOS 17.4.1

I am unable to use my continuous glucose monitor (Freestyle Libre 3) with iOS 17.4.1. The last update the Libre is compatible with is 17.0.3. What can I do?

Are you saying that the app for the freestyle libre is not compatible with the latest iOS version? As downgrading your iOS is not possible I suggest that you contact the app developer for further support
