clear cache without losing passwords

My MacBook Pro is running so slow - I read about clearing the cache, but how do I do this without clearing my passwords

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

? Passwords are not involved in cache clearing

It is not to say cookies and automatic logins may need to be re-established on some websites.



A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will clear system cache.


each different Browser have there own cache clearing...
