Phone number to create Apple ID

What do you mean when you say you need to "create multiple account for customers"? Are you creating Apple IDS? Why are you creating accounts for other people? What does your phone number have to do with accounts for other people?

People should be using their own phone numbers when they create an Apple ID. If you're helping them with that process, they should be able to provide you with their information.
