I am unable to download apps on Apple TV

Unplug the Apple TV from it's power source for about 2-3 minutes, plug it back in and then retest.

Without knowing what model Apple TV you own it is a little tough to help you out. Assuming you own a model that has the App Store (this is where you download apps) then open the App Store, do a search for the app(s) you want and then download them. If that does not work, then simply unplug the Apple TV from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and plug it back in and then retry.

We are having this happen to. Internet connection is wired and strong. Says can’t connect to the App Store several tries later App Store opens and shows a circle on the app I have but need to redownload and cannot. When you’re on the main screen and press and hold to get the option to redownload, I click it and it just kinda flicks and then does nothing.

software is up to date… tried powering on and off and nothing. Tried unplugging the wired internet to use our wifi and still nothing.
