Box appeared on iPad desktop

This appeared on an iPad - it freezes the screen - Apple support on phone couldn’t fix it - even screen sharing. Any thoughts

Brand new IPad Air 4th gen isn’t working I connected it to my iPhone to transfer apps and stuff and now the screen on my iPad is blank.
