How can I get a refund for a subscription?

I would like to request a refund on my linked subscription. I did not mean to purchase it as i only availed free trial but there was some glitch so I couldn’t use the free trial. I thought i was billed for it because of the system error and glitch.

However i was still billed last April 17 worth Php 3,990.00. I already requested a refund request to apple pay services but i was declined twice because they indicate I dont qualify for a refund.

It feels so unfair that i didn’t even got to use the premium but have to pay for it and not get refund.

Please help me get my refund. I really need that money for hospital bills. Thank you
