Have you updated recently? Then it could be that the iPhone is still busy indexing and that this is the reason for th battery to drain

If you haven't updated recently please force restart your iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
