I wanted to switch "Find My iPhone" off on my broken iPhone trough the online access of iCloud on my Mac. But now it states, that it takes several weeks till it is completely switched off. But the broken Phone is erased- even if I could access it, there is no data or link to my iCloud. That is why I don't understand that the iPhone apparently still has the "Find My" activated and is linked to my iCloud.

If you had stolen device protection turned on then it seems that when removing the device from your account using Find My it will be delayed 28 days. This is not documented to my knowledge but I discovered it in testing.
Was this the iPhone 6S on ios15 in your profile line?
Or was it a different phone on iOS 17.3 or 4 with stolen device protection turned on? This second option would make more sense.
It was on a different IPhone (iPhone 11) - the problem is I cannot access it because the display is broken and the surface is not accessible
