Voice notes have disappeared from iPhone after I deleted them from iCloud

Hello,

I have an issue with my voice notes. I wanted to delete the voice memos from iCloud today because they were taking too much space on it, but little did I know that doing it would also deleted them from my iPhone, and I don't see a "Deleted voice memos" tab in the voice memos app. Unfortunately, I haven't made a computer or an iCloud backup of the phone for a long time, so I need help in recovering my voice memos. is there anything that can be done for that?
