Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

iPhone not syncing at full functionality, could it be the Calendar app not connecting properly?

It is been more than a month, change the device using AppleCare+, service authorized department have no jurisdiction nor approval to assist on the matter. Current restrictions have limited me to further escalate the situation to an senior advisor. Online access, seems to be my current configuration!
