My iPhone 11 has ‘fake’ certificates and I am unable to access different websites

i downloaded my data as phone been playing up and it says ID is false and swapped between 5 different id or users plus safari can’t open some sites as it says certificates are false but 1 min later let’s u go into it , the https never opens but then go on the hppt and will open the page
