My bad I didn’t read your question correctly but No there is no way you or Apple support can speed up account recovery
Now if you just started account recovery 24-48 hours ago the email you will receive is just saying that your in account recovery and your waiting period. But if you started account recovery let’s say 5 days ago and your wait time was 5 days then you will have to wait for a link to be sent to your number. Then from there you will be able to reset the password and the phone number (if you choose) on your Apple account
