cisco Secure Client Macos, service is unavailable because the VPN service is unavailable.

No connection to VPN service. Reattach failed


This happens suddenly I think this after my machine restarted from last update Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)





This might be related or in the same scope Cisco Any Connect not working on Mac OS V… - Apple Community

Ask your VPN service provider (at work?) if this is software versions related. And whether you need to install all AnyConnect stuff or only the VPN part (as I did when I still used AnyConnect). While waiting, I'd uninstall and re-install the latest (or recommended by the IT) AnyConnect, verify the settings, and try again.
