Steam via whisky detects my DualSense controller as a xbox controller

Mostly, the controller works just fine (for example haptics), but overall, in the games who support DualSense (like Days Gone), whisky sees my DualSense as a xbox controller. Therefore I can't use trackpad, or adaptive triggers. It seems like nobody's really talking about this problem. Ive tried both connected via bluetooth and also wired, still, it seems like whisky doesn't really see much difference between xbox controller and DualSense, so it just emulates it into standard xbox 360 controller.

I think I figured out how to solve it.

First ,connect your Dualsense controller via Bluetooth with your Macbook. Open Whisky, click on "Bootle Configuration", then click on "Open Control Panel" button. Double click "Game Controllers" icon. Select a controller you can see on Connected (xinput device) section, click "Override", you can see a "Wireless Controller" added to "Connected" section, click ok. Go back to Steam, you should be able to use your Dualsense controller.

Let me know if that works for you.
