Macbook Air Wont turn on

Hi. Would you mind tell us if you are using an intel model of Mac or the m series chip model of Mac?

For the reason the Mac won't be turning on, might be the charging hole or the charger being too dirty. Try cleaning it, or change a charger.

If that didn't work, too, try resetting the SMC, PRAM, or the NVRAM.

For Intel Macs, try pressing on the keys command + option + P + R, or Shift, Control, and Option on the left side of the keyboard, and at the same time, press the power button.

For M Series Macs, simply do a hard reset by pressing on the power button for 10 seconds, and try to turn it on again.

If the above did not work, please contact apple support for future assistant.

We need to know the model of your Mac.

Just simply look at the bottom of your Mac and tell me the model number.

E.g.) A1123

After that, look up the model number and see wether it is the M series Mac or not.

For last, hard reset your Mac.

For Intel Macs, try pressing on the keys command + option + P + R, or Shift, Control, and Option on the left side of the keyboard, and at the same time, press the power button.

For M Series Macs, simply do a hard reset by pressing on the power button for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds, and try to turn it on again.

If the above did not work, it is a good idea to contact apple support for future assistant.

Are you saying that when connected to the AC charger it will not turn on? Try holding down the power button for several seconds and see if it reboots hooked up to the AC charger.
