Apple Podcast Creator Refund

About 2 years ago, maybe 3, I subscribed to the creator fund because i wanted to start a podcast, I never ended up doing more than an episode and must’ve forgot to unsubscribe. It’s 19.99 yearly and that isn’t much but its gas money, I wasn’t aware I had the subscription. Now when I try to get the refund for it, there is no option to select apple podcast charge, it disappears. The charge is not pending in my bank account, I have cancelled the subscription, I would just like my money back.
