I have had my Apple Pencil since Christmas Day 2023 today it stopped working out of the blue I stopped using it right after I got it…. does it have a warranty if so ? How will I get a new one for free without paying for anything

All Apple products come with a standard one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. As such, if you believe this is the case with your Apple Pencil, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine it to verify that it is ... and if so, you may find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
