Is there a way to retrieve music files that appear as "waiting" in iCloud?

I have a group of songs that I are showing as unavailable in my library that I had uploaded to my old computer years ago that has now been wiped. I've been trying to recover the files for quite some time and cannot figure out if there's a solution or not. The songs still show up in my icloud library but appear as unavailable but has the file size, song lenth and all info except the actual file itself says "waiting

Am I straight out of luck or is there a shot at recovering these files

In this context Waiting means they were never successfully uploaded from the original source computer. If you still had access to that machine there are ways to force the stalled uploads to resume, but failing that, or some other backup of the data, then I concur with the conclusion that you are out of luck. If you have an Apple Music subscription then delete the broken entries and then add the same tracks from the Apple Music catalogue, assuming they are available.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Unavailable:

Yes --You're straight out of luck. If these are shown as unavialbe, then they have been removed from the iTunes Library. These songs would have been removed due to licensing between Apple and the Music Studio having ended --something you would have agreed to, upon opening an Apple Account.
