Are you referring to Two-Factor Authentication? If so, go here: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support. It may not be setup correctly. Note: 2FA is not an option in all countries/regions.

So, what does that have to do with the original post? This is a place to troubleshoot new and obsolete devices and software, and much more. If you’re having your own issues, then I recommend you author your own post rather than highjack someone else’s.

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

Like I said to another user, you guys are complaining about very old iPhones, and mine is newer.
