Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your iPhone 7 Plus after updating to iOS 15.8.2. Let’s troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try:

Update Using a Computer:

    • Connect your iPhone 7 Plus to a computer.
    • Use iTunes or Finder (depending on your computer’s operating system) to update your device.
    • If any updates are available, they should install successfully.

Connect Using Ethernet:

    • If you encounter Wi-Fi issues on your computer during the update process, consider connecting directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
    • For Macs (or PCs) without built-in Ethernet ports, you can use a USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet adapter.

Check Your Email and Message Settings:

    • Go to Settings on your iPhone.
    • Navigate to Mail and check if your email accounts are properly configured.
  • If any accounts are causing issues, try removing and re-adding them:
      • Select the problematic account.
      • Tap Delete Account.
  • Return to the Accounts page and tap Add Account to re-add it.

Reset Network Settings:

    • Sometimes network-related issues can cause email and messaging problems after an update.
    • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    • Tap Reset > Reset All Settings and confirm.
    • Wait for the process to complete and then check if the issue persists.

Thanks for reaching out.

Take care,
