Clearing history Website data help needed

I’m struggling with a particular shopping site that I use-Morrison’s-I’m trying to book deliveries they tell me that I need to clear my history and cache, if I do this, will I lose all of my saved bank and credit card payment methods that I also have Apple Pay on my phone. I also do online banking and I have my credit card account saved as well. Would be very grateful if anybody can help me before I turn my hair out! Old person here so I really do need help.

I have the 14+ iPhone and the 10 I think iPad thank you

Hi Chrissy, clearing cache is just a way to remove “cluttered data”, however what won’t be removed is your saved credit cards/methods of payment. You can double check this by going to SETTINGS APP/Safari/AutoFill to make sure everything is saved as intended before clearing the cache which is in the same SETTINGS APP/Safari/scroll down to down to Clear History and Website Data.

You’ll most likely have to log back in to sites once you do this.

Go to Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage > Safari > Website Data, and swipe left on the site you want to remove the data.
