Yall this is so frustrating knowing that I can use this card to send and receive money but cannot be able to use it. Does someone know how I can be able to lift this restriction from my application cash someone just told me once it has been restricted it cannot be lifted and I'm sitting here thinking someone must be lying because how will you all put something but cant remove it back? Please what do I need to do?

Apple Cash is a service administered by Green Dot Bank. Banks are federally regulated. Apple has very little to say in this matter. In most cases when you called Apple, you were transferred to an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot.
When fraud is reported, banks are required to report it to federal regulators. At the very minimum a SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) was filed. Even when you called things off, the reporting is still required and completed. I suspect the bank reviewed the report and decided your banking activity is too risky. They decided to end your relationship with them. Private businesses have every right to do so. Unfortunately, for you, they can and did deny you any service now or in the future.
I used to have an account then some fraudulent activities we’re going onto my account and I reported it to Apple and also my regular Bank, which is Truist and they gave me a new card and also gave me my refund back and when I reported the issue to Apple and after my bank account gave me the refund back I reached out to Apple and be like hey no need to give me the refund back or do the investigation because I already got my money back and all they told me was my account has been restricted indefinitely and can never be open again, so I have been trying to find someone or anyway that I can get my Apple Cash unrestricted but so far every time I call or talk to anybody once they put the restriction in your account it can never be removed. Please help.
