issue with Opening Documents and Excel Files on iPhone

I am writing to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I've been encountering on my iPhone for the past couple of months.

The problem revolves around my inability to open any document or Excel file within WhatsApp or the Mail app on my iPhone. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the issue, including resetting the settings and even formatting the phone entirely, I have not been able to resolve it.

To provide further context, I've attached images displaying the error message I receive when attempting to open these files. What's particularly puzzling is that when the same files are forwarded to other contacts or emailed to other accounts and opened on different devices, they open without any trouble. This leads me to believe that the issue is specific to my iPhone.

Furthermore, I've also tried utilizing third-party applications like WPS, but unfortunately, the same issue persists. Even within the Files app on my iPhone, I encounter the same problem.
