Recently there was an issue with the iphone 15 & connnecting toBluetooth Devices. I experienced exactly the same problem voor over 6 months, starting from the
moment i bought the phone. Is there still no (software) update to fix this? What is the reply from Apple Inc,? My car connectio is constantly lost etc.

Because you are having an issue, you seem to believe everyone is having the same issue. I have absolutely no issues with Bluetooth devices on either of our iPhone 15 Pro devices. And I have a lot of Bluetooth devices, including being connected to my car. Most people don't have issues.
What you need to figure out is why YOU are having an issue and waiting for Apple to address something which isn't common isn't going to help you very much.
If you're primarily having an issue with your car, have you contacted your car manufacturer to see if there is an infotainment update available for the car? Sometimes forgetting a Bluetooth Pairing, then repairing a device can solve issues too.
Have you ever Force Restarted your iPhone (something I do after EVERY iOS update)? Make this procedure a part of your standard activities you do after updates or whenever something isn't working as expected --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
