Respondus lockdown browser wont load

I'm on the ATI testing website and must download the Respondus lockdown browser to my MacBook Air. It allows you to download it on Mac (I click that). Then it pops up, and I click "continue," when it gets down to the installation part, it just keeps streaming a blue line and reading, "waiting for other installations to complete," but I'm not installing anything else. Ugh!!!!!

I'm going to assume that you downloaded the file via Wi-Fi. That almost always causes the file to get corrupted and then it can't load. Try doing another download via a wired Ethernet connection and see what happens. If that can't be done, then you may have to do multiple downloads until you get a clean one that loads.
