Ever since updating my devices to iOS 17 and MacOS Sonoma, I have not been able to access the "Grocery" feature in the Reminders app on any of them. I have even contacted Apple Support, but the issue was not solved. Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it?

Another user mentioned an issue related to languages in this discussion: There is no "List type" on my reminders - Apple Community.
On the iPhone, make sure Reminders is activated in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All. On the Mac, do the same in System Settings > [your name ] > iCloud > Show More Apps.
Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the issue: I’ve checked and the settings were already as you described on both devices.
