You may need to manually select cells with formulas and choose Convert Formula to Text in Cell. This will convert the formula to plain text. If you want to revert back to the formula and display the calculated result, you'll need to add an = in front of the formula. This process can be a bit tedious as you'll need to edit each cell with a formula separately. Numbers doesn't support displaying all formulas in cells at the moment.
