Canva App is stuck on loading screen

I know this isn’t Apple related but I can’t find anything else. My Canva app is stuck on the loading screen I deleted the app and restarted it but it’s still stuck

How do I fix mobilityware solitaire not loading on iPad Air 5? I've played the MobilityWare Solitaire app for years on my iPad Air 5th generation Model MM9E3LL. It ceased loading. I've rebooted numerous times, but it will not progress beyond the title screen. I have the latest OS 18.2.1. In fact, the problem seems to have started a couple of OS updates ago with it being very slow to load. Now, it won't load at all. I'd be most grateful for any hints or tips to be able to play this itetationbof MobilityWare Solitaire. I can't get far enough into the loading of the app to report it to MobilityWare.
