less than 4 cities in World Clock widget

I am using the World Clock widget on my macbook. However it always shows 4 cities. I can change those to whatever 4 cities i want, but it always shows 4. However if i click on the cities and the clock app opens, then there are only the 3 i want.

How do i change the widget to only show the cities i have selected? How do i remove the 4th city?

sorry, but if you only want to have three cities as the clock widget, you will need to use three separate single city clock widgets. your only choices are a single city or four cities. there is no option to have a three city clock widget.

With the World Clock open

In below example the Clock for Bangkok

Mouse over Bangkok

the question was specific to the widget, not in the world clock itself.

i have 3 cities in the world clock. in the widget there are 4 cities.

i want to have the same 3 cities in the widget as in the world clock.

IN THE WIDGET, how do i have 3 cities instead of 4?

i can only find how to choose the cities, but it's always 4, and how to change the order, but it remains as 4.
