Airpods Pro "Mic not funtcion on windows 11"

Hi,

I have a problem with my AirPods Pro A2698 connected to my Windows 11 laptop. The microphone is detected but not functioning. I've already taken several steps to troubleshoot, such as:

• Resetting the AirPods and re-pairing them with Windows 11
• Reinstalling the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager
• Connecting the AirPods to an iPhone to check for the latest firmware

Previously, my AirPods worked normally for the past few months. Recently, the AirPods had an issue with the microphone. Then I tried connecting the AirPods to my friend's laptop, which also uses Windows 11, and the result was that my AirPods worked fine.

Does anyone have the same issue with me?

Will issues like this continue to occur on AirPods connected to Windows devices?
