Is it possible to buy a Mac Mini M2 Pro chip with only 8GB of Ram?

I have recently seen a refurbished Mac Mini M2 Pro for sale and it says 8 GB of RAM in the advertisement. Would this be a mistake? I thought the base/entry m2 pro comes with a minimum of 16GB of RAM.

If the Mac mini in question has only 8 GB of RAM, it either does not have a M2 Pro processor, or it is some kind of "Frankenstein" machine.

My guess would be that it is a M2 Mac mini with a base processor and only two USB4 / Thunderbolt ports.
