Is Apple Health & AF History available with Garmin?

I have AF and i love that my apple watch tracks how often my irregular heartbeat happens in AF History on the Health app. With this being in apple health on my phone, if i switched from my apple watch to a garmin (with ECG) would this still work & track? I’d like to continue tracking my irregular heartbeat so will be a deciding factor. Thanks!
