When I’m trying to search through (especially older) photos that I’ve taken, the results often generate more screenshots than actual pictures, which is *very* frustrating. Is there a way on iPhone’s library to keep screenshots from being grouped in with photos I have taken with the camera?
In the Library view, "All Photos" seems to include screenshots, but "Days" does not, so you can scroll through your pictures without seeing those glaring screens.
My own technique is to look at the "Screenshots" view and delete most of them. Most are only useful to me for a few days, anyway...

I was experimenting with the search function, but the best workaround I’d found so far was still imperfectly selective. (I had all the screenshots excluded, but I lost some of the photos too. 🙄)

Building on Richard.T’s solution, I found that you can also exclude screenshots if you filter by location.
Bonus: I like that this approach generated output in a standardized grid pattern (on my ipad, at least) - which would prob facilitate the process of scrolling through a bulk set of images.
