On the iPhone you can see icons under the keyboard from another app . You can't see it on the screenshots, but you can see it on the screen when you enter the shadow . What should I do about it ?

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
In this case, try a forced restart: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support. This procedure can be tricky the first time you use it. Don’t hesitate to repeat it.
It sounds like you're describing a feature called QuickPath, where you can swipe on the keyboard to type. If the icons underneath are bothering you, you might be able to adjust your keyboard settings or disable QuickPath if you prefer.
