My screen on my apple watch is enormous

I've done something to my watch that has caused my screen to be enormous and I can't get rid of it. It happened after I was changing bands on my watch and I had to press down on the small release button. When I turned the watch face up, it was very big and it won't let me reach an of the controls to turn the watch off and back on

Hey!

From what I can tell, you probably have Zoom turned on.

There are two ways you can fix this problem.

On your iPhone, open the Watch app and tap on My Watch at the bottom. Scroll down until you see Accessibility and next to Zoom, make sure that setting is toggled off.
On your Apple Watch, double tap the screen with 2 fingers, this should zoom out back to normal. Then, open Settings, scroll down to Accessibility, tap on Zoom and tap the toggle switch.
