ipod touch gen 7

I’ve been using my iPod touch for 30 minutes but every time I put it on lock screen when I go back into my settings, the screen time is back to zero minutes. What should I do?

The lock screen time cannot be set. After updating iOS 15.4.1, the screen lock time cannot be set. Tried restarting the device and still can't do it. Tried charging the battery to 100 and still not working. The battery is in normal mode, not set to power saving mode.
