Sent via iCloud saving # photos

Hi, I’ve taken some senior pics and I had them sent to my number, they show up in my messages but when I try to save them, they won’t save. It shows the check mark and all, but it’s been 4 days already. It says that it’s saving them but it hasn’t done so. What can I do? My storage is good, my network is good, tried with and without wifi, restarted my phone. Only other option might be to get them sent individually bc they were sent in one message where it grouped the photos. I’m stumped.
