I want to as if i can update my IOS Mac Book Pro Late 2011 to be able to watch HTML5 , as they are requesting for me to have a updated IOS, but i cant find an option to update it.

That model can't be upgraded past High Sierra; try a web browser such as Firefox. For reference, Macs run macOS, not iOS.
