how translate voice message

I live in Los Angeles, which has various immigrant communities. On a regular basis, I get spam calls in either Mandarin or Cantonese. (I can't tell the difference.) I have the setting "Silence Unknown Callers" on, which sends these spam calls to voicemail. Occasionally, the robo call will leave a message.

Is there any way I can translate the voice message? I've tried holding up one phone to the microphone of another running the Translate app, but have not been successful.

I'm thinking my visa is expired or that I need to go to the Chinese consulate behind K-Mart and pay $100. But I am curious what the messages actually say.
