Can't Edit Shared Notes

Hello, so I have a issue with trying to edit the shared note. I have deleted the app, and synced it back onto my phone from Icloud. I even turned off cellular data and it still does not work. I think this is a problem that needs to be solved very quickly. I have people who I share photos with and things that I have shared, and I cannot see the edit until hours, or even days later. This is a very big problem, please try to fix it. Thank you so much for your time.
