Need refund for unintended duplicate subscription
I subscribed to an app for a free trial not realizing it would auto charge after the trial period. Not realizing it had charged for a full subscription I later subscribed because I liked the app. When I realized I had duplicated the subscription I would like a refund for the second subscription as I don’t need and cannot benefit from the duplicate. I cannot find a way to explain this and request the refund as the options are pre-set and I can’t seem to add to the option that states “Other”
