How to fix Lag issues on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

My iPhone 15 pro max is very laggy. I have plenty of storage. I have 206 gbs left to be exact. Whether I'm on Wi-Fi or the network, scrolling constantly jitters up and down. when I open apps or browsing, there's loading times, logging into any app is wait. Before a web page is brought up, I see a blank page and a loading wheel. Its smaller than the previous pro maxs. My s23 did not lag like this. In fact when I played my games on the Samsung, it was great and smooth but for some reason my iPhone and iPad lag tremendously when I play multiplatform games such as Pokémon unit, league of legends, and mobile legends. All my apps jitter when I scroll up or down and if I try to scroll fast, it freezes until the page loads. Typing does this weird thing where i guess im typing too fast . . . ? idk but it seems to get backed up and them spits it all out at once. I restart my phone frequently. Although, its doesn't fix it, it does seem to do little better after but then quickly resumes. I've only had the phone for about a month.
