Hi,
Two days ago, my Apple Watch went into a boot loop that it wouldn’t recover from despite force restart. Eventually, force restart worked but the battery stopped charging.
I have tried charging for almost 12 hrs using iPad charger and Apple supplied cable and I see the charger logo on the watch.

In that case, you should use the "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the previously mentioned Support Article.
