Can i get a refund for spotify premium?

so i bought a spotify premium for one month, but it doesn’t show up in my account (it’s still free and not showing premium features) so how do i get a refund for this? i’m using GoPay for the payment, its not worth it since the premium doesnt work but i still payed for it.
